Teacher Complaint: Mr. Dowell - Pegasus Charter School
This teacher is constantly carrying phone while teaching and texting looking down and laughing at his phone I know this is not what they are paying him to do, partially teach the students. Also he has grabbed a child by the collar and thrown markers at a child. Please ask the students they will tell you what has been going on. Please do not ignore this I chose not to expose it with fear of my child getting bullied for it by teacher.
