Teacher Complaint: Dr. Paula Westerman - Eastern York Ms

Dr. Paula Westerman extended my son's suspention from 3 days to 10 days and referred my son for a possible expoltion, two days ago we were under the impression my sons suspention would be lifted. My son was bullied into bringing a knife to school and threatened to be beaten up if he didn't. The child who directly threatened my son is suspended for 3 days and doesnt start till next week allowing him to complete his forsight tests. one of the children who told my son to bring the knife was suspended earlier this year for bringing a knife to school and was told he only recieved 3 days suspention. we have been trying to work with the school for over a month about this bullying. we wrote an email to school about being worried about our sons safety on jan 4th and this took place on jan 21st three weeks later. the school is going to remove my son from his classes and possibly change his bus stop to get him away from these bullys yet my son is being made an example of. After we explained we had all corresponding emails and letters back and fourth from school as proof as bulling. Dr. Paula Westerman then stated my son would probably not get exspelled, yet earlier in meeting she stated she was referring him for a expolltion meeting. we believe Dr. Paula Westerman is angry about a letter we drafted stateing we as parents were unsatisfied with outcomes leading up to this event. when we asked her if she read the letter she stated she only read the top of the first page, this was the part of the letter that discussed her comments made to us in a meeting on dec. 15th. we have tried to work thourghly with the school on these matters. we now have to wait to be informed of a meeting with adminstration. we as parents are ready to look into legal council for this matter and possibly bring attention to the media for the issues and the manor in which they are being handled in eastern york county school disctrict. These punishments to my son is unfair and is going to effect his grades for the remainder of the marking period and the beginning of the next marking period. He is ahead of his school assignments, yet he is missing all tests and he is missing his forsight tests. The marking periond ends on jan. 20th and now at min. he cannot return till jan. 26th. if the school board continues this unfair and immoral discession to possibly exspell my son it would put him into to his 9th grade year, being on his permenant transcripts effecting his future.we feel this suspention should be lifted and immediate actions taken for our sons safety. If anyone can help with advice before we take drastict actions we would really appreciate.

Miss Hall is denying 4 years kids afternoon snacks when there hungry .... she saids "I has the right to do what ever I want because its is my class "... i think this is on fair because it is food .. how can anyone deny four(4) YEARS olds food ... when she can simply just take away play or some other time .... my question is this what if my child is Diabetic ? Should he or she going into a diabetic shock because Miss Hall is on a power trip ???
